ANAHEIM, Calif. — Disneyland and Amtrak have combined to offer discounts on train travel and theme-park admission for Southern California residents.
Through May 21, children ages 2 to 12 can board a Pacific Surfliner for free with the purchase of an adult ticket for travel to the Anaheim Regional Transportation Center. The discount requires use of the V231 promotional code at the time of purchase.
Once train tickets are purchased, passengers are eligible for a 5-percent discount on admission to Disneyland or Disney California Adventure. Proof of residency in zip codes 90000-93599 or Northern Baja California zip codes 2100-22999 is required. The discounted Disney prices range from a two-day ticket, good for one park per day, for $151 to a three-day Park Hopper ticket for $232.
