WASHINGTON — Hundreds of transportation leaders will be gathering in Washington the week of March 13 for the 2017 American Public Transportation Association Legislative Conference.
The event helps transportation advocates craft strategies to convince federal officials of the importance of rail and transit-related projects.
The event, which runs from March 13 to 14, features listening sessions and talks with key decision makers from Congress and the White House.
The event will also include presentations from officials with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and transit agencies across the nation.
