An auction of railroad and transportation memorabilia from the estate of former Delaware Otsego Corporation chairman and CEO Walter G. Rich will be held Saturday, Oct. 18, in Kingston, N.Y.

Rich, who died in 2007, oversaw the company that operated the New York, Susquehanna & Western and other rail lines. Items to be auctioned include railroad art, books, lanterns, memorabilia and other items — including handcars — as well a wide variety of non-railroading items, including sports and political collectibles.

More information, including a catalog and photos of available items, is available at jmwauction.com.
