After two days of service disruptions because of a strong winter storm, Amtrak has announced that it will return to normal Northeast Corridor service schedules on Friday, March 9.

In a Thursday afternoon advisory posted on its website, the passenger railroad said just one change is scheduled for Friday: passengers scheduled for Acela Express No. 2190, leaving New York at 6:15 a.m. for Boston, will instead be accommodated on Northeast Regional No. 190, operating "at close to the same time."
