SEATTLE — The State of Washington is now operating Siemens Charger diesel-electric locomotives on Cascade service trains. Washington Department of Transportation WDTX Nos. 1403 leads Cascade No. 507 at Sumner, Wash., on Sunday, Dec. 3. A small number of locomotives means that sightings remain rare.
