DALLAS — Attorneys, business leaders, and other prominent Dallas-area individuals are the newest members to represent the board of directors at Dallas Area Rapid Transit. DART has added four new members to its board. The members include Ray Jackson, Jon-Bertrell Killen, Dominique Torres, and Catherine Cuellar.

Jackson, Killen, and Torres represent the board on behalf of the city of Dallas, while Cuellar represents Dallas and the city of Cockrell Hill.

Ray Jackson is the managing partner of the Jackson Law Firm, while Killen is a solutions architect at a consultancy in Dallas. Torres, a Dallas native, operates the Torres Law Office where she handles personal injury, immigration, and family law cases, while Cuellar is the director of partnerships for RefillWise, a pharmacy discount and rewards organization.

Together, the four directors will join existing directors at the rail and public transit agency. The board is comprised of prominent business leaders in Dallas and the surrounding areas served by DART’s system.
