NORMAL, Ill. — Union Pacific's annual Engineering Special is nearing completion of a Midwest tour of several mainlines on the UP system. The eight-car train is powered by new EMD Tier 4 compliant SD70ACe-T4 No. 3032. This video was made from the public passenger platform of the Uptown Station in Normal as the train travels south in a light rain.
