HOLLAND, Mich. – The Michigan Railroad History Conference selection committee is seeking six individuals to make presentations on various aspects of Michigan’s railroad heritage. The event will be held Sept. 23, 2017, at the Hope College Maas Center in Holland and is the 14th annual.

Prospective presenters are advised to send a suggested title and brief description of the proposed presentation. Each presentation should be 30 or 45 minutes long and should be content oriented rather than just a traditional railroad slideshow. The selection committee will review all submissions and select presentations to provide the best possible program.

Interested speakers should contact committee Chairperson Paul Trap at mirrhistconf17@gmail.com. The deadline is March 1.

For more information about the organization, email info@mirrhistory.net, or write to Registrar, MRHC, P.O. Box 852, Royal Oak, MI 48068.
