WASHINGTON — Amtrak passengers looking for savings will want to log-on this weekend for what the national passenger railroad is calling “Track Friday,” a play on the popular “Black Friday” shopping bonanza.

The Washington Post reports that the railroad will be offering deals on tickets purchased from Friday, Nov. 25 until Nov. 28, also known as “Cyber Monday,” on trips scheduled between Dec. 10 and April 9, 2017. Riders will be able to save upwards of 30 percent on regular coach tickets on certain trains.

The sale is only available for tickets purchased directly from Amtrak.com starting Friday.
