Genesee Valley Transportation
SCRANTON, Pa. — Surface Transportation Board Chairman Daniel R. Elliott III recently visited the Genesee Valley Transportation’s Delaware-Lackawanna Railroad in northeastern Pennsylvania. The STB leader was joined by other shippers on the short line railroad for a special passenger trip between Scranton and Tobyhanna and onto Steamtown. The regulatory leader, among other rail and local officials, toured the rail line in Lehigh Valley business car No. 353.
