I first met Bob in 2000 when I retired and was returning to a boyhood love of model railroading. Travelling to Bob's store was a highlite for me and we became very good friends. I would spend an extra hour at his store just listening to his many railroad stories. I feel a great loss with Bob's passing, I think of him often during the day. May you rest in peace Bob, and drive that mountain railroad. We love you , we miss you terribly Bob.

I first met Bob Buck back in 2003 when I was installing a pipe organ in Albany New York and came east on week ends to stop by Tuckers Hobbies. It was then that Bob told me was also a life long " Theatre pipe organ nut" and had many recordings from the 50's and 60's which we discussed at length as I knew most of these locations or artists. We spent many hours going over the old days of sound recordings which included his early recordings of steam locomotives traveling through New England. He always "spotted me" at the Springfield Train show to say hello and I will miss him terribly. Rest in Peace old friend.....
